Great to meet you!

I work with individuals who are navigating relationship challenges, life transitions, and anxiety, helping them find clarity, confidence, and healthier ways to cope. Whether you're adjusting to a major change, feeling overwhelmed by stress, or struggling with personal or family relationships, I strive to provide a supportive and nonjudgmental space where you can feel heard and understood. While these are some of my primary areas of focus, I also work with clients facing a variety of other concerns and tailor therapy to meet each person's unique needs and goals.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is rooted in active listening and genuine curiosity, allowing you to be the expert on your own life and experiences. I believe that the best work happens when clients feel empowered to tell me who they are, while I help guide the process, explore patterns, and make sense of difficult emotions and experiences. I strive to create a space that feels both supportive and authentic, often incorporating warmth, softness, and appropriate humor to help clients feel comfortable, connected, and understood.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, my goal is to create a welcoming and supportive environment where you feel comfortable being open, honest, and yourself. While we will review practice policies and complete the intake assessment, I view this session as an opportunity to begin getting to know you beyond the paperwork and to better understand what brings you to therapy. Building a strong therapeutic relationship is important to me, so I use this time to start developing rapport and creating a foundation of trust for our work together.
