Great to meet you!

I specialize in emotionally focused modalities and integrate different styles to meet the needs of my client. I value building trust, curiosity, and creativity and work with my clients to find the best way to meet their needs. Some of the treatments I leverage as needed are: EMDR therapy, Somatic approaches, Mindfulness, IFS and many others.

My approach to therapy

I am energetic, personable and curious. Therapy, innately, is challenging, and just like anything, you get what you put into it. With my clients, I like to find the flow between challenge and ease, heartbreak and joy, and learn how to be with all of it in a way that feels right for you.

What you can expect from me

You can expect to connect with yourself with curiosity and compassion. I also work with you to find practical solutions and practices for behaviors or concerns. This also includes understanding yourself, your behaviors and your relationships on a deeper level. Sometimes this journey can be a six-to-eight-week exploration and sometimes this may take months or years.
