Great to meet you!

Welcome. I’m so glad you’re here.

I believe that therapy and healing begin in a space where both the body and mind feel safe — a space where all parts of you are welcome. Here, you are met with compassion, respect, and genuine acceptance.

Whatever has brought you here, you don’t have to navigate it alone. My intention is to create an environment where you feel seen, heard, and supported — where your experiences are honored and your story matters.

I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist from the Bay Area, currently based in San Diego. I have experience working with individuals from diverse backgrounds, including young adults and adults, trauma survivors, and BIPOC communities.

I am committed to providing culturally responsive, trauma-informed care that honors each person’s unique experiences and identities.

When I'm not in session, I am getting lost in a good book, trying new coffee shops, relaxing at the beach, or sweating it out at yoga sculpt.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is grounded in the belief that you are the leader of your own life and the expert of your own story. I see my role as walking alongside you—offering guidance, support, and thoughtful challenge—while honoring your inner wisdom and capacity for growth. I work from a bottom-up perspective, which means we pay close attention to your nervous system and the messages your body holds, helping you build safety, regulation, and trust from the inside out.

I hold a deep belief that healing does not come from eliminating parts of ourselves, but from reconnecting with them. From where I sit, the deepest transformations do not happen through force. They happen through safety, trust, respect, and honoring one's authentic self.

I believe that the trust that you build in yourself within the therapeutic setting beings to translate outside of therapy allowing individuals to form an authentic relationship with the self and with others.

What you can expect from me

In our first session together, you can expect a welcoming, collaborative space where we begin laying the foundation for our work. We’ll explore what brings you to therapy at this point in your life, what feels most important to address, and what you may be needing that you’re not currently receiving—whether that’s support, clarity, connection, relief, or something else entirely. This initial meeting is interactive and conversational, giving me the opportunity to learn about you as a whole person—your experiences, strengths, concerns, and goals—while also giving you space to ask questions and get a feel for who I am and how I work. My hope is that by the end of our first session, you’ll feel heard, understood, and comfortable taking the next steps together.
