Great to meet you!
I am a warm, compassionate therapist dedicated to creating a safe and supportive space where clients feel seen, heard, and valued. I believe that healing begins with connection, and I strive to build authentic, collaborative relationships with each person I work with.
I earned my degree from Texas State University and have been a licensed therapist since 2022. My training and early clinical experience have deepened my passion for helping individuals navigate life transitions, stress, and identity development.
I have a particular interest in supporting teachers and other professionals experiencing occupational burnout. The emotional demands of caregiving and service-oriented roles can be overwhelming, and I work alongside clients to restore balance, clarify values, and reconnect with purpose. I also work with individuals exploring gender identity and related concerns, offering affirming, nonjudgmental care grounded in respect and curiosity.
Whether you are feeling exhausted, questioning your path, exploring your identity, or simply seeking a space to process life’s challenges, I am here to support you. My goal is to help you build resilience, deepen self-understanding, and move toward a life that feels authentic and sustainable.
