Great to meet you!

My journey to becoming a therapist was deeply personal. For a long time, I struggled to find my true meaning and purpose on this earth. That changed entirely when I began working with individuals with cognitive disabilities. Witnessing their resilience and realizing that I could make a tangible, positive impact in someone’s life gave me a profound motivation to live and thrive. It sparked a passion for human connection that shapes everything I do today.

As a LMFT, I treat our sessions less like a rigid, clinical lecture and more like a collaborative, down-to-earth partnership. I strive to create a warm, non-judgmental, and relaxed environment where you feel truly heard and comfortable—much like talking with a trusted friend who has the professional tools to help you navigate life's challenges.

My approach to therapy

I bring immense patience and a conversational style to every session. My approach is highly collaborative; we function as a team, meeting you exactly where you are and moving entirely at your unique pace. Our work balances genuine comfort with practical tool-building. We will break down large life challenges into manageable steps, ensuring you have the steady support and concrete strategies you need to reach your personal goals and thrive in your relationships.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is entirely about connection and comfort, with absolutely zero pressure. It will feel like a warm, relaxed conversation where we can start getting to know each other at your unique pace.

Rather than diving straight into rigid clinical questions, we will gently explore what brought you to therapy and look at the areas where you are seeking support. We will also discuss how we can work together as a team to help you navigate life, build practical everyday tools, and thrive. Think of it as a low-stress space to see if we are a good fit for your healing journey.
