Great to meet you!

Hi! My name is Jack Duong and I am a licensed marriage and family therapist. I have been providing therapy for eight years. I became a therapist because I have always wanted to help others work through and manage their issues. I specialize in anxiety, depression, anger management, self-esteem, and stress.

My approach to therapy

I use cognitive and behavioral approaches to assist my clients. I am happy to support and help you in any way that addresses your mental health concerns. I provide my clients with a safe and non-judgmental space to discuss their issues, concerns, and needs. I am a good listener and I believe that listening is important when helping my clients and identifying their thoughts and feelings to address their issues/concerns.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect an introduction from myself and are openly allowed to verbally express their issues/needs as I assess if we would be a good fit. I allow my clients to set their goals as we work together toward achieving those goals. If there are other goals that I think may be beneficial, then I will share them with my clients and discuss if they are open to those goals.
