Great to meet you!

You may be managing work, school, or relationships while privately feeling anxious, depressed, unfocused, overwhelmed, or concerned about substance use. I provide practical, compassionate therapy for adults and teens. With 9 years of experience, including leadership in inpatient and co-occurring treatment, I offer honest support, CBT, mindfulness, and concrete tools to help you understand patterns, manage difficult emotions, and move forward.

My approach to therapy

Therapy with me is collaborative, practical, and tailored to your goals. I create space for you to tell your story while helping you identify patterns, challenge unhelpful thoughts, and develop skills you can use outside of sessions. I listen without judgment, offer honest feedback, and adjust our work based on what is or is not helping. You can expect support, accountability, and a clear connection between what we discuss in therapy and the changes you want to make in your daily life.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, you do not need to have everything figured out. I will ask questions to understand what brings you to therapy, how your concerns affect daily life, what has or has not helped, and what you hope to change. Together, we will set practical goals and identify where to begin. As therapy continues, we will review your progress, practice useful skills, and adjust our approach so sessions remain relevant to your needs.
