Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Jack! I’m a licensed clinical therapist in Massachusetts and California with a Master’s in Social Work from California State University, Long Beach. I take a humanistic, collaborative approach to help clients feel supported and empowered as they navigate life’s challenges. I specialize in stress, anxiety, relationships, and life transitions, and I believe therapy works best when it feels like a partnership. Outside of work, I love dogs, sports, and spending time with family—because balance matters!

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative and client-centered, creating a safe space where you feel heard and supported. I draw on evidence-based practices, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help you identify and shift unhelpful thought patterns, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to build resilience and align your actions with your values. I also integrate humanistic principles, focusing on empathy and personal growth. Whether you’re managing anxiety, stress, relationship challenges, or life transitions, we’ll work together to develop practical tools and strategies that fit your unique needs.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, you can expect a warm, non-judgmental environment where you feel safe to share your story at your own pace. I meet clients where they’re at—not where I think they should be—using a strengths-based approach to highlight what’s already working for you. We’ll talk about your goals, explore what brought you to therapy, and begin identifying practical steps toward the changes you want to see. My aim is to create a collaborative space where you feel supported, understood, and empowered from day one.
