Great to meet you!

I provide affirming, trauma-aware therapy that centers empowerment, and growth. Most of my experience has been supporting clients through gender exploration, life transitions, anxiety, depression, relationship concerns, and self-discovery. My background includes training in gender-affirming care, neurodivergent-affirming practice, strengths-based trauma work, and social work case management.

I welcome clients with diverse identities and relationship structures, including those practicing ethically non-monogamous (ENM) relationships. My role isn't to define what your life or relationships should look like, but to support you in cultivating a life that feels authentic, intentional, and healthy.

I believe therapy is most effective when you feel safe enough to be honest and supported enough to grow. My goal is to help you find a greater resonance, a way of living, relating, and understanding yourself that feels authentic, healthy, and aligned with your values. I'm collaborative by nature, so I won't tell you what to do or how to live your life. Instead, we'll work together to build on your strengths, to understand recurring patterns, and create meaningful, lasting change.

My approach to therapy

No two people experience life the same way, so why would effective therapy follow a one size fits all approach? I will tailor our work to your goals while remaining flexible and open to feedback because collaboration and trust are key within the therapeutic relationship.

Together, we'll explore the patterns that have shaped your thoughts, emotions, relationships, and sense of self. We will process difficult experiences and build your toolbox of coping skills through improving communication, setting boundaries, and discovering new ways to navigate life's challenges. My goal is to help you gain insight, strengthen your connection with yourself, and create meaningful change that extends beyond our sessions.

What you can expect from me

In your first session my goal is to create a space that feels calm, welcoming, and free of judgment. You'll have space to share what brings you to therapy, what you've been experiencing, and what you hope to gain from our work together.

Starting therapy can feel vulnerable and it's completely normal if it takes time to feel comfortable opening up so we'll move at a pace that feels right for you. I'll ask thoughtful questions to better understand your story, your strengths, and your needs, while also making space for you to ask questions about me, my approach, and what working together might look like.

Together, we'll begin identifying what you want to focus on in therapy and how we can create a space that feels supportive and useful for you. My hope is that you leave your first session feeling heard, respected, and with a clearer sense of whether we might be a good fit.
