A bit about my approach to therapy

My approach combines cognitive behavioral, dialectical behavioral, humanistic, and supportive psychotherapy.

What you can expect from our first session

I especially like to offer clients concrete tools including mindfulness and relaxation techniques that they can practice in our sessions together so they can feel confident utilizing them in their everyday life.
