Great to meet you!

Every person who exists carries both a story and a strength, and my work is to help you make sense of both. My approach is grounded in authenticity, compassion, and collaboration. I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all therapy, together, we’ll create a space where you can show up honestly and without judgment. Clients often describe my style as warm, direct, and empowering. I’m gentle when needed and honest when it matters. My goal is to help you feel seen, supported, and equipped with practical tools you can use beyond our sessions.

My approach to therapy

My approach is both collaborative and grounded in real-life practicality. I believe therapy works best when it feels like a partnership, where you bring your lived experiences and goals, and I bring a supportive, honest, and nonjudgmental space to explore them. I use a trauma-informed, strengths-based, and culturally attuned lens. That means I pay attention not only to your internal world, your emotions, thoughts, and patterns, but also to the systems and relationships that shape your experience. I integrate strategies from cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused work, mindfulness, and relational approaches to tailor each session to what you actually need in the moment.

What you can expect from me

Your first session with me is about getting to know you! Not just your challenges, but your strengths, your story, and what you hope to gain from therapy. You can expect a welcoming, judgment-free space where we move at a pace that feels comfortable for you.
