Great to meet you!

I’m a licensed therapist who works with individuals and couples navigating things like anxiety, relationship challenges, life transitions, and self-esteem. I’m especially passionate about helping couples improve communication, work through intimacy concerns, and better understand each other.

My approach to therapy

My style is warm, real, and nonjudgmental—I want you to feel comfortable being yourself. I see therapy as a team effort where we explore what’s going on, build practical tools, and help you feel more grounded and confident in your life and relationships.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, you can expect a relaxed, welcoming space where we start getting to know each other. I’ll ask some questions about what’s bringing you in, your background, and what you’re hoping to get out of therapy—but there’s no pressure to share everything all at once.

We’ll begin identifying your goals and what support might look like for you, and I’ll also answer any questions you have about the process. My goal is for you to leave feeling heard, understood, and a little more clear on next steps.
