Great to meet you!

I am trained in trauma, anxiety, addiction, grief and somatic treatments. I also help you build healthy relationships. I specialize in using Internal Family Systems (IFS) and integrating somatic techniques in therapy, such as Polyvagal Theory or Somatic Experiencing. I'm also trained in Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) and combine this with IFS and somatic work. I am also trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

My approach to therapy

I have 18 years of holistic healthcare experience helping adults optimize their health. I use an integrative care approach, which includes the mind, body and soul. I have been treating trauma for 9 years and am a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional. My therapeutic approach is trauma-informed, person-centered, and strength-based with a goal on helping uncover your true self and heal past trauma wounds.
