Great to meet you!

I’m a licensed therapist who works with older teens (16+) and college-aged women (18–21) navigating anxiety, depression, stress, identity questions, relationship challenges, academic issues, and life transitions. My style is warm, supportive, and exploratory, focused on uncovering the deeper patterns and inner stories shaping your experience. I help clients make sense of recurring thoughts, emotions, and relationship dynamics while offering practical tools for managing stress and building resilience. I also use creative and expressive practices to support reflection and self-discovery. Therapy with me is a space to slow down, explore gently, and grow into a more grounded, confident, and self-aware version of yourself.

My approach to therapy

I take a thoughtful, supportive, and collaborative approach, helping clients explore emotions, thoughts, and patterns in a safe, meaningful way. Together, we focus on practical strategies for managing anxiety, navigating life changes, and strengthening relationships, while making room for reflection, self-discovery, and self-love. I use creative practices and dreamwork to help clients connect with their inner world and bring unconscious thoughts and feelings into awareness. My goal is to help you feel empowered and able to navigate life’s challenges with clarity and confidence.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, you’ll find a calm, welcoming, and conversational space to share what’s bringing you in — whether that’s stress, anxiety, identity questions, relationship concerns, or feeling overwhelmed by life transitions. I’ll ask thoughtful questions to understand your background, current challenges, and what you hope to gain from therapy. Together, we’ll set clear goals, plan practical next steps for managing stress and building confidence, and explore small, gentle experiments to try between sessions. My hope is that you leave feeling heard, understood, a little lighter, and clearer about the path forward.
