Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) based in Pennsylvania. I received my Master's in Social Work from the University of Pittsburgh. I have treated individuals with various presenting concerns such as anxiety, depression, trauma, suicidal ideation, ADHD, stress management, grief, anger management, life transitions and more.

My approach to therapy

As a therapist, my goal is to help individuals through difficult, stressful, painful and sometimes scary times by providing a supportive environment. My approach is to meet everyone with compassion and understanding, while also being direct, honest and pushing them outside of their comfort zone when needed.

What you can expect from me

In our first session together, we will get to know each other and talk about what led you to taking this step in seeking treatment. My goal is to help you feel comfortable in talking about your experiences and emotions so that we can together create goals for treatment in follow-up sessions.
