Great to meet you!

I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) specializing in therapy for teens (15+), young adults, and first-time moms during pregnancy and the postpartum period.

I help clients navigate anxiety, life transitions, relationship challenges, stress, and managing difficult emotions. My goal is to provide a warm, supportive space where you can feel understood while building the skills and confidence to navigate life's challenges.

My approach to therapy

I take a warm, collaborative, and individualized approach to therapy. I use evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing, and attachment-based therapy to help clients better understand themselves, develop practical coping skills, and create meaningful change. I believe the therapeutic relationship is one of the most important parts of the healing process. My goal is to help you feel heard while also gently challenging you to grow at a pace that feels right for you.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is a chance for us to get to know each other. We'll talk about what brought you to therapy, the challenges you're facing, and what you hope to gain from our work together. My goal is to create a warm, supportive environment where you feel comfortable being yourself. By the end of the session, we'll have a better understanding of your goals and how we can work together moving forward.
