Great to meet you!

I tailor my unique approach specifically for you. Together, we will work in a supportive and caring environment with laughter included. I would like to support you to gain more confidence, awareness and direction during difficult life transitions. Don't struggle alone, I help strengthen your felt sense of having a safe, stable space with somatic exercises to increase your sense of stability and safety so you may process and attune to your feelings and concerns.

I am passionate about my work with individuals experiencing life transitions, anxiety and depression or struggling with conflict and communication issues.

My approach to therapy

I take a relational personal approach and have a cutting edge toolbox of coping tools ex. tapping and somatic exercises based on the New York best seller "Biology of Trauma" by Dr Aimie Apigian. I have completed her professional trauma course.

People are so much more complex than their thoughts. I enjoy exploring and finding stored trauma in diverse clients who feel ready enough to make real adjustments and practice new healing, soothing patterns. We will have fun too, as laughter is therapeutic. As well as gaining a new self-loving relationship with younger, neglected parts of ourselves. I use a trauma sensitive, Person centered approach, with CBT, DBT, IM, Gestalt, meditation, yoga and EFT.

What you can expect from me

You will gain confidence and knowledge to use unique and effective evidence based coping mechanisms and diverse tools to help you find ways to feel safe and supported, to accomplish your dreams and lighten your stress. Be calmer and having more capacity in your life, will create a sense of regrowth, renewal and hope.

I focus on the development of acceptance and understanding of Self and others. As an empathic, culturally sensitive listener, you will feel honored, at ease and heard.
