Great to meet you!

Since 2003 I have been working with adults and high school adolescents to help improve their daily quality of life. The majority of my clientele seek support for anxiety, depression, relationship counseling, and improving self-esteem.

A bit about my approach to therapy

My preferred treatment approach is cognitive-behavioral therapy. This approach means I will help you change negative thoughts patterns and unhelpful behavior pattern, so you can live your best life!

What you can expect from our first session

The primary goal of your first visit is to share what stressors and symptoms you looking for help to improve. This first session is also your chance to determine your comfort level in working with me. The more comfortable you feel, the more likely you are to engage in the counseling experience!
