Great to meet you!

You survived by adapting. Maybe you became the caretaker, the peacemaker, the perfectionist, or the one who learned to put everyone else's needs before your own. Those patterns weren't flaws, they were ways of surviving. The problem is that what once protected you may no longer be serving you.

I believe symptoms are often messengers, not the problem itself. Anxiety, grief, trauma, relationship struggles, and emotional overwhelm usually develop for a reason. Together, we'll make sense of those patterns with curiosity instead of shame, helping you understand not only what you're experiencing, but why.

My approach is warm, collaborative, and gently challenging. I'll meet you with compassion while also encouraging growth, insight, and meaningful change. I integrate attachment-focused therapy, CBT, DBT, parts work, and nervous system regulation because I believe healing happens when we reconnect with ourselves not just manage symptoms.

Whether you're healing from trauma, sexual trauma, grief, or painful relationship patterns, my goal is to help you trust yourself again, build healthier relationships, and create a life that feels authentic instead of driven by survival.

I don't believe therapy is about fixing you. I believe it's about helping you understand yourself so you can move forward with greater clarity, confidence, and self-compassion

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy isn't about fixing you, it's about understanding you. Many of the struggles people experience today began as adaptations that helped them survive. Together, we'll explore those patterns with curiosity instead of shame, helping you reconnect with yourself and create lasting change. I integrate attachment-focused therapy, CBT, DBT, and parts work to support healing that goes beyond symptom management.

What you can expect from me

Your first session isn't about having all the answers or telling your entire life story. It's a chance for us to get to know each other, understand what's bringing you to therapy, and begin identifying the patterns you'd like to change. I'll ask questions, listen with curiosity rather than judgment, and work with you to create goals that feel meaningful and realistic. My hope is that you leave feeling understood, supported, and with a clearer sense of where we're headed together.
