I work from a Cognitive Behavioral and Developmental Psychological approach, with elements of Trauma-informed therapy interspersed. I also utilize play therapy and Conscious Discipline approach in the work with children, adolescents and families to address the behaviors and emotions of the child, and current developmental stage.
