With formal training in Marriage and Family Counseling and specific experience with evidenced based family systems models of therapy, improving marital and parent/child relationships is my passion. I also have over 30 years of military experience with numerous deployments. I am well acquainted with the stresses of military life and the toll it can take on a family.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I do my best to create a judgement free space where individuals and families are free to share concerns. I believe that changing individual behavior will change the behavior of others as well. I try use small, gradual changes to introduce positive results for individuals and families.
