Great to meet you!

With over 13 years in the Behavioral Health field, I specialize as a Licensed Professional Counselor and Certified Anger Management Specialist, II. My approach to therapy is holistic, focusing on the whole person rather than just symptoms. I believe in highlighting and leveraging each client's strengths, helping them to build resilience and achieve lasting change.

My approach to therapy

In my practice, I offer tailored support to address a range of issues, including anxiety, depression, anger management, parenting challenges and substance use. As a Certified Anger Management Specialist, I work closely with clients to develop healthier ways of expressing and managing anger, focusing on improving communication skills, emotional regulation, and conflict resolution. My goal is to empower clients with the tools they need to navigate life's challenges with confidence and clarity.

What you can expect from me

I am committed to creating a safe, non-judgmental space where clients can explore their thoughts and emotions, gain insight into their behaviors, and work toward personal growth. Whether it's through cognitive-behavioral techniques, mindfulness practices, or solution-focused therapy, I tailor my approach to meet the unique needs of each individual. My ultimate aim is to help clients find balance, improve their relationships, and lead more fulfilling lives.
