Great to meet you!

I’m a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner providing thoughtful, individualized care for adults navigating anxiety, depression, ADHD, burnout, and life stress.

My background is in psychiatric medication management combined with therapy-informed care, which allows me to take a more complete, whole-person approach. I integrate medication management with evidence-based therapy strategies such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), motivational interviewing, and solution-focused therapy to support meaningful, lasting change.

My style is warm, down-to-earth, and easy to talk to, while still being clear, structured, and results-oriented. I take the time to understand how you think, what you’ve been through, and what’s keeping you stuck- so we can create a plan that actually works in your real life.

Many of my clients are high-functioning but overwhelmed- used to pushing through, overthinking, or feeling like they should be able to handle everything on their own. I work with adults experiencing anxiety, depression, ADHD, and chronic stress, and I’m especially well-suited for those looking for a collaborative approach that combines both medication and practical, therapy-based support.

In our work together, my goal is to help you gain clarity, feel more in control, and develop tools that actually translate into your daily life- not just temporary relief, but real, sustainable progress.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, structured, and individualized to each person I work with.

I take a whole-person perspective- looking not just at symptoms, but at patterns, stressors, lifestyle factors, and how you experience and respond to the world. I integrate medication management with therapy-based strategies when appropriate, so treatment feels comprehensive rather than fragmented.

I focus on helping you understand what’s going on beneath the surface, not just managing symptoms. Together, we identify patterns, clarify goals, and develop practical strategies that you can actually apply in your daily life.

I tend to be warm, direct, and results-oriented in sessions. I’ll meet you where you are, but I’ll also help guide you forward with a clear plan and intentional next steps.

Everything we do is collaborative- I’ll provide recommendations and clinical guidance, but your preferences, goals, and experiences are always central in shaping treatment. My goal is for you to feel more in control, more clear, and equipped with tools that lead to real, lasting change.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is focused on gaining clarity and creating a clear starting point.

I’ll guide you through thoughtful, structured questions to better understand what’s been going on, including your symptoms, history, and any past experiences with treatment. At the same time, I make space for what feels most important to you- so you feel heard, not just assessed.

We’ll begin identifying goals and discussing what kind of support will be most helpful, whether that includes medication, therapy-based strategies, or a combination of both. I’ll walk you through options and recommendations in a way that feels clear, collaborative, and not overwhelming.

You don’t need to have everything figured out ahead of time. My goal is for you to leave the session feeling understood, more clear about what’s going on, and with a concrete plan for next steps.
