Great to meet you!

Hi! I'm Jackie, a Licensed Professional Counselor based in Pennsylvania, offering telehealth therapy to young adults and adults across the state.

My path into this work began in clinical research, where I spent years focused on suicide prevention and learned how much a compassionate listener in a safe space can matter in someone's life. That's the presence I aim to bring into every session. I work with clients navigating life transitions, identity questions, anxiety, and the in-between moments that come with figuring out who you are and where you're headed.

My approach to therapy

My approach draws from Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), with a focus on practical skills, self-understanding, and building a life that feels like yours.

What you can expect from me

Starting therapy can feel like a big step, and I try to make the process feel collaborative and human from the very first session. If any of this resonates, I'd love to hear from you.
