Great to meet you!

You searched for a therapist when things felt hard enough to take that step. I am Dr. Jackquelin Grant, a licensed mental health counselor with a doctorate in behavioral health, and I built this practice around one belief: therapy should feel supportive, genuine, and free of judgment. I help adults navigate anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, life transitions, and those moments when you simply feel stuck or overwhelmed. Together, we will create a space where you feel heard, understood, and supported as you move toward the life you want.

My approach to therapy

Holding a doctorate in behavioral health means I have trained across a wide range of approaches, and I use that training deliberately. Some clients need careful work with memories that have stayed with them too long. Others need practical tools for interrupting the patterns driving their anxiety. Others need space to untangle something complicated. I show up for all of it with warmth, honesty, encouragement, and, when the moment is right, a gentle challenge.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is about getting to know you—not just what brings you to therapy, but who you are and what matters most to you.

I’ll create a warm, welcoming, and judgment-free space where you can share at your own pace.

Together, we’ll talk about what you’d like to change, identify meaningful goals, and begin creating a path forward that feels realistic and right for you.
