Great to meet you!

Welcome! I'm Jackson Tea, MSN, PMHNP-BC. I am a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner dedicated to helping individuals of all ages navigate their mental health journey with compassion, understanding, and evidence-based care. My approach is rooted in creating a supportive, collaborative space where you feel heard, valued, and empowered to take an active role in your treatment.

One of my key areas of focus is the assessment and treatment of Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) in children, adolescents, and adults. I provide comprehensive ADHD evaluations and personalized treatment plans that may include medication management, behavioral strategies, and lifestyle modifications tailored to meet your specific needs. My goal is to help clients manage their symptoms effectively so they can thrive at school, at work, and in everyday life.

In addition to ADHD, I specialize in treating anxiety, depression, mood disorders, and other mental health concerns. My care approach combines thorough psychiatric evaluations, personalized medication management, and evidence-based therapeutic interventions designed to support your overall well-being.

I also offer both in-person and telehealth sessions for your convenience, ensuring that care is accessible and flexible. Whether you’re seeking support for yourself or a loved one, I am here to help guide you toward meaningful progress and improved mental health outcomes. If you're ready to take the next step in your mental health journey, I am here to support you every step of the way.

My approach to therapy

My approach to providing care is compassionate, collaborative, and tailored to meet each individual’s unique needs. I believe that effective mental health treatment begins with truly listening to my clients and understanding their personal experiences, challenges, and goals. Together, we’ll develop a personalized treatment plan that empowers you to take an active role in your care.

For clients struggling with ADHD, whether children, adolescents, or adults, I offer comprehensive evaluations and individualized treatment strategies that include medication management, behavioral interventions, and practical coping tools to help manage symptoms in everyday life. My goal is to help clients improve focus, organization, and overall functioning—whether at school, work, or home.

I also use evidence-based interventions to support clients with anxiety, depression, mood disorders, and other mental health concerns. My care model focuses on creating a supportive, non-judgmental space where you feel comfortable exploring your thoughts and emotions while working toward meaningful progress.

Ultimately, I aim to provide holistic care that addresses both immediate symptoms and underlying issues, ensuring you have the tools and support necessary for long-term success and well-being.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect to leave each session feeling supported, understood, and empowered with practical tools to manage their mental health effectively. My goal is for every session to provide clarity, direction, and a sense of progress toward your personal goals.

For those managing ADHD—whether children, adolescents, or adults—you can expect to gain strategies to improve focus, organization, and impulse control, along with personalized techniques to enhance productivity at school, work, or home. I’ll also help you develop skills to manage stress, build healthy routines, and foster positive relationships.

In addition to symptom management, our sessions will focus on building resilience, improving emotional regulation, and identifying patterns that may be affecting your mental health. I also provide education about your condition to help you better understand your symptoms and treatment options.

Above all, you can expect a safe, non-judgmental space where your thoughts and feelings are validated. Together, we’ll work on setting achievable goals, tracking your progress, and making adjustments to your care plan as needed—ensuring that you’re supported every step of the way toward achieving your best possible outcomes.
