Great to meet you!

I'm part of AuDHD Practice PLLC, a group practice for late-diagnosed and neurodivergent adults who are ready to stop apologizing for how their brains work and start building a life that actually fits. Think less "fixing yourself" and more "finally getting the user manual you were never handed."

My approach to therapy

My background winds through school counseling, an oncology hospital, and career coaching — which is a fancy way of saying I've sat with people through a lot of life's plot twists. I bring a CBT-informed, strength-based approach: practical tools, real coping skills, and a healthy dose of "let's actually test this and see."

What you can expect from me

My style is warm, a little playful, and refreshingly direct — no riddles, no guessing games. Sessions are focused but flexible, and our first meeting is just a conversation. No homework, no pressure. Just two people figuring out if we're a good fit.
