Great to meet you!

After being immersed in straight-cis Christian culture for years, I finally came to terms with my own queerness and now enjoy helping my clients enjoy the peace of authentic living. I work with both straight and queer clients, couples or individuals. Regardless of how you identify, I want to help you get un-stuck so you can thrive in all areas of your life.

My approach to therapy

I take a very direct, research-based, and practical approach to healing with a little bit of pixie dust thrown in. I believe you deserve to have your history heard and I also make sure to give you tools to help you in the present. With extensive training in attachment theory, CBT, trauma, and art therapy- We will design an approach that works best for your unique personality.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, I’ll want to get to know as much as I can about your story. I’ll work to understand what our main focus will be, what tools have worked for you in the past, and what hasn’t helped. I’ll make a plan based on the priority of goals, starting with making you feel better in the present before we dive into any past issues you may want to. I’m here to support you in making your life what you’ve always dreamed it could be.
