Great to meet you!

Hey there! My name is Jaclyn and I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist based in California. I earned my Masters degree from University of Phoenix and have been practicing for 7 years. I aim to create a safe, non-judgmental environment where clients feel supported and understood, allowing them to use therapy as a space for growth and healing.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is holistic, focusing on the mind, body, and emotions through somatic techniques and mindfulness practices that help clients feel grounded, release built-up tension, and reconnect with themselves on a deeper level. I truly believe in creating a safe, compassionate space where clients can explore at their own pace, feeling supported and understood as they grow and heal.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, you can expect a warm, welcoming space where we’ll begin building a strong rapport. I’ll ask some questions to understand your background, goals, and any specific areas you’d like to focus on, but we’ll go at a pace that feels comfortable for you. Together, we’ll start creating a plan tailored to your needs, laying the groundwork for meaningful growth and healing.
