Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) with experience in mental health crisis work and a strong foundation in solution-focused approaches. I currently work with Pothos Health providing individual therapy, and I also serve as a manager in a therapeutic respite model facility, where I support individuals in moments of acute distress by helping create safety, stability, and practical next steps.

My clinical work is informed by both my crisis background and ongoing experience supporting clients through stabilization and longer-term growth. I aim to help clients feel grounded, understood, and empowered to identify realistic goals and meaningful change, even during difficult circumstances.

I bring a collaborative, strengths-based approach to therapy, with a focus on practical strategies, emotional regulation, and building resilience.

My approach to therapy

I support individuals navigating life transitions by helping them better understand the connection between their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. My approach is person-centered, trauma-informed, and grounded in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) with mindfulness practices. Together, we identify unhelpful patterns, build emotional regulation and resilience, and cultivate self-compassion. Therapy is a collaborative process focused on increasing self-awareness, reconnecting with your authentic self, and creating meaningful, lasting change.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where we begin building trust and exploring what brings them to therapy. The first session is paced gently, with you in control of what you share and a focus on what feels most important right now.

We’ll discuss current concerns, relevant background, and what you hope to gain from therapy, while beginning to identify meaningful, realistic goals and existing strengths.

By the end, you’ll leave with a clearer sense of direction and a shared starting point for moving forward at a pace that feels safe and manageable.
