I believe therapy begins with feeling genuinely seen, heard and accepted. My approach is collaborative and client-centered, recognizing that you are the expert on your own experiences and that meaningful change happens within a relationship built on trust and compassion. I draw from CBT, narrative therapy, and faith based approaches to help clients better understand their thoughts, emotions, and personal stories while identifying patterns that may be holding them back. I believe that healing often begins with understanding ourselves with greater compassion, challenging the patterns that keeps us stuck and recognizing that our past does not have to define our future. My goal is to walk alongside clients as they develop greater self-awareness, build confidence in who they are, and move toward a life that feels more authentic, whole and meaningful.
