Great to meet you!

Do you or your family member struggle with ruminations, preoccupations, intrusive disturbing thoughts, or stress reactions? Are you finding difficulty with being understood, managing normal daily activities, or functioning in social situations or leaving the house? These uncomfortable and pervasive symptoms can become isolating, unbearable, and strain relationships. They lead to depression, difficulty in managing normal daily activities, and increased anxiety. Imagine what it would feel having more support for yourself or a loved one in managing barriers, overcoming daily challenges, and learning to tolerate everyday activities.

I specialize in managing limitations related to autism, anxiety, and obsessive/compulsive symptoms, and trauma with over 15 years of experience. We will increase understanding of symptom manifestation, how they relate to challenges, and identify relatable goals. I provide compassionate, individualized care that begins with where you are at in your journey.

If you're feeling exhausted and defeated with managing preservations, shut down, disturbing thoughts, isolation, and traumatic reminders, you're not alone in the experience. Together, we'll build the confidence, clarity, and skills to support your well-being and the well-being of those you love. Reach out for a free consultation!

My approach to therapy

I specialize with working with clients who struggle with perseverations, ruminations, disturbing intrusive thoughts, isolation, avoidance, and debilitating stress reactions. Treatment focuses on understanding how to overcome pervasive and negative thought patterns, rebuilding self-identity and sense of community, resulting in more confidence, engagement with others, and an adaptive skills set. My approach is very collaborative, warm, and solution-focused.

What you can expect from me

Within the first session, we will start understanding your journey and how symptoms have been manifesting. The initial session will consist of information collecting, assessing symptomatology, and identifying a treatment plan. We will also engage in meaningful discussions to what your needs are and how to support your engagement into the process.
