Great to meet you!

I believe "we are all just walking each other home " in this journey of life and I am honored for the opportunity to be part of your journey! I am committed to providing a safe and supportive space for you to explore your truth so you may find, repair, and restore your emotional peace.

I am a Certified Trauma Professional, board-approved clinical social work supervisor, and experienced clinician with over twenty years in the mental health field. I specialize in solution-focused interventions and skill building including somatic therapies like breath work, the Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT tapping) , and mindfulness meditation. I help clients find calm and focus through the use of proven tools and supportive interventions.

A bit about my approach to therapy

Therapy is YOUR time! I will communicate with you to determine what portion of each session you would like to devote to supportive counseling vs. solution focused interventions like tapping, breath work, grounding, and goal setting. I will seek your feedback and check in with you often to modify my approach as needed to help you meet your treatment goals.

What you can expect from our first session
