With over a decade of experience, I have worked extensively with adults facing challenges such as depression, anxiety, suicidal ideations, and thought disturbances.
My approach to therapy is integrative, meaning I tailor my methods to fit each client’s unique needs. I incorporate evidence-based techniques from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help clients identify and reframe negative thought patterns, Person-Centered Therapy to create a supportive and empathetic space for self-exploration, and Solution-Focused Therapy to empower individuals to set and achieve meaningful goals. By combining these approaches, I help my clients overcome barriers that may be preventing them from becoming the best version of themselves and reaching their highest potential.
Our initial session will consist of talking about what's currently happening that has made you want to start counseling, your history, and your goals for treatment. Together, we will work to achieve the goals you have for yourself. Progress may be slow initially, but with consistent and intentional changes, you will begin to notice how thoughts, feelings, and actions start to shift.
