Great to meet you!

Sometimes the behaviors you're struggling with today started as ways of coping with things you didn't know how to handle at the time. Whether you're navigating substance use, working through trauma, or feeling stuck in patterns that are difficult to change, you deserve support that looks beyond the surface. I work with adults navigating these challenges, helping them better understand their experiences and find healthier ways to move forward.

My approach to therapy

My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and focused on understanding the whole person. We'll explore how your past experiences, emotions, and current circumstances may be influencing your life today. Drawing from evidence-based approaches tailored to your needs, we'll work together to build self-awareness, strengthen coping skills, and develop strategies that support meaningful change.

What you can expect from me

You don't have to know exactly where to begin or have everything figured out before starting therapy. Our first sessions are an opportunity to talk about what's been happening, identify what you want to change, and determine what support would be most helpful. My goal is to create a space where you feel heard rather than judged as we work toward a healthier path forward.
