Great to meet you!

Hello, I'm glad you're here. I provide a warm, compassionate, and nonjudgmental space where you can feel safe exploring life's challenges. I specialize in helping individuals, couples, and families navigate grief, trauma, anxiety, depression, PTSD, and relationship concerns.

My passion is walking alongside people as they move from feeling overwhelmed or stuck toward healing, hope, and lasting change. I believe everyone has the capacity to grow, and it's a privilege to support that journey.

My approach to therapy

My approach is person-centered and tailored to your unique needs. I integrate evidence-based approaches including CBT, Solution-Focused Therapy, Logotherapy, Gottman Method principles, and Restoration Therapy to help you better understand yourself, strengthen your relationships, and build practical tools for everyday life.

I believe therapy is a collaborative process. Together, we'll identify meaningful goals, work through obstacles, and create a path toward the life you want.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is an opportunity for us to get to know one another and talk about what's bringing you to therapy. We'll explore your current challenges, discuss what you hope to achieve, and begin creating a plan that feels realistic and personalized to your goals.

My hope is that you leave feeling heard, encouraged, and confident that you don't have to navigate this journey alone.
