Great to meet you!

What if there's nothing wrong with you—just parts of you that are carrying too much, working too hard, or feeling stuck in pain they never asked for?

In our work together, I trust that you already hold the answers. My role isn't to give advice or fix you, but to offer a safe space where you can begin to meet your parts with curiosity and care. I’ll support you in reconnecting with your own inner wisdom—at a pace that feels right for you.

I work with adults navigating trauma, grief, relationship stress, identity shifts, neurodivergence, and burnout. Many of my clients come in feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or unsure of who they are beneath all the roles they’ve been holding.

My approach is grounded in Internal Family Systems (IFS)—I’m Level One trained—and also includes EMDR, Expressive Arts Therapy, and CBT/DBT-informed practices to support integration and healing across mind and body.

You don’t need to push parts of yourself away to feel better. There’s space for all of you here.

If you're feeling drawn to reconnect with yourself in a deeper way, I’d be honored to support that process.

My approach to therapy

I’m here to help you work through whatever’s on your mind in a relaxed and non-judgmental space. My style is pretty straightforward—I believe in being honest and direct, but always with a focus on what you want to tackle.

What you can expect from me

You can expect increased awareness and a plan to take action steps towards fulfilling your future goals.
