Great to meet you!

Life can feel heavy—especially when you’re carrying past trauma, navigating tough relationships, or just feeling off. You don’t have to figure it all out alone. In therapy, I’ll help you make sense of what you’re feeling, uncover patterns that no longer serve you, and build tools to move forward with clarity and strength. I specialize in helping adults heal from trauma- including emotional abuse, relationship wounds, family dysfunction, and life transitions that leave you feeling burned out or overwhelmed. Let’s work together to help you feel more at peace and in control of your life.

I use EMDR and Expressive Art Therapy to support healing at a nervous system level- not just cognitively. Additionally, I provide CBT and DBT informed care for those who are looking for more short term solutions.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I’m here to help you work through whatever’s on your mind in a relaxed and non-judgmental space. My style is pretty straightforward—I believe in being honest and direct, but always with a focus on what you want to tackle.
