Great to meet you!
Hi, I'm Jaclyn, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) with 10 years of experience supporting individuals on their journey toward healing and wholeness.
I received my degree from the California Institute of Integral Studies (CIIS) in San Francisco, an institution known for its integrative and humanistic approach to mental health — values that deeply inform the way I work.
My practice specializes in eating disorders, and I am passionate about helping people heal their relationship with food and reclaim their lives. I believe that recovery is possible for everyone, and I approach this work with deep respect for each client's unique story and pace.
My therapeutic style is holistic and mindfulness-based, with a strong emphasis on self-compassion. I draw on the understanding that lasting healing comes not from self-criticism or willpower, but from learning to treat yourself with the same kindness you would offer a dear friend. Together, we work to quiet the inner critic, build body trust, and reconnect with a sense of ease and freedom around food and self.
Whether you are in the early stages of recognizing a struggle or have been navigating this for years, I would be honored to walk alongside you.
