Great to meet you!

Hi, I'm Jaclyn, a Licensed Professional Counselor, dedicated to helping individuals navigate life's challenges and build meaningful change. I earned my Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling from Monmouth University and have experience supporting individuals with anxiety, depression, bi-polar disorder, ADHD and relationship challenges. My goal is to provide a safe and supportive space where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered to grow.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative, compassionate, and tailored to each client’s unique needs. I draw from a variety of therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness-Based approaches, and Solution-Focused Therapy, to help clients develop insight and practical tools for change. I believe in meeting clients where they are, fostering self-awareness, and building on their strengths to create lasting progress.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, clients can expect a warm and supportive environment where they can share their story at their own pace. We’ll discuss your goals, explore what brings you to therapy, and begin to identify areas you’d like to focus on. I see the first session as an opportunity to get to know one another, set the foundation for a trusting relationship, and collaboratively outline a plan to support your growth and well-being.
