Great to meet you!

I'm really glad you're here.

Reaching out for therapy isn't always easy, and life has a way of piling things on before we realize just how much we're carrying. Maybe you're feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, constantly juggling responsibilities, stuck in patterns you can't seem to break, or simply feeling unlike yourself lately.

Over the past 10 years, I've had the privilege of working with children, teens, and adults through all kinds of challenges, including anxiety, ADHD, depression, trauma, relationship stress, and major life transitions. No matter what brings you here, my goal is the same: to create a space where you feel comfortable enough to be honest, understood without judgment, and supported as we figure things out together.

You don't have to have the right words or know exactly where to start. We'll start where you are.

My approach to therapy

I don't believe therapy is about someone else telling you how to live your life. You already know yourself better than anyone. Sometimes it just helps to have another person asking good questions, noticing patterns that are hard to see on your own, and helping you make sense of everything that's been weighing on you.

I use approaches like CBT, DBT, Motivational Interviewing, and Solution-Focused Therapy, but I don't believe people fit neatly into one approach. Every person who walks through my door has a different story, so I tailor therapy to fit you rather than expecting you to fit a certain style of therapy.

What you can expect from me

I hope our sessions feel like one place in your week where you don't have to pretend everything is okay.

We'll spend time understanding what's been happening, what's keeping you stuck, and what changes you're hoping to make. Some days we'll process difficult emotions. Other days we'll focus on practical strategies you can use right away. Most of the time, it'll be a little of both.

My hope is that over time you leave therapy feeling more confident in yourself, more equipped to handle life's challenges, and a little lighter than when you walked in.
