Great to meet you!

Hi! I am Jaclyn, and I have been practicing for almost 20 years now! I am very passionate about women's mental health (and mental health in general) and the hormonally related issues we face that have such a negative impact on our mental health. I also specialize in assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of ADHD; especially in women,

My therapeutic approaches include motivational interviewing, cognitive behavioral therapy, solution focused therapy, Acceptance therapy, Trauma informed care, psycho-education, and dialectical behavioral. These therapeutic approaches help to assist my client in gaining the necessary tools to effectively and appropriately manage their negative thoughts and emotions. I also believe in using a mindfulness approach to help individuals better understand and identify internal and external triggers that can lead to maladaptive and addictive behaviors.

In my free time, I enjoy traveling and being a single mother. I also foster animals. I graduated from Grand Canyon University with my Master of Science in Counseling with a specialization in addiction and trauma.

My approach to therapy

I believe in a holistic and person centered approach to treatment. You are the expert in your life.
