Great to meet you!

If you're feeling anxious, burned out, emotionally exhausted, or overwhelmed by caregiving, a chronic illness, or work-related stress, you're not alone. I'm Jaclyn, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 10 years of experience helping adults navigate life's most challenging seasons.

I specialize in helping adults experiencing anxiety, depression, and burnout related to:

  • Healthcare worker burnout and work-related stress
  • Caregiver stress
  • Chronic illness
  • Grief and loss

Before starting my private practice, I worked in hospitals and healthcare settings supporting individuals and families facing serious illness. This experience gave me firsthand insight into the emotional impact of serious illness, caregiving, stress, and burnout. I've also supported a loved one through cancer treatment, giving me personal insight into the challenges caregivers often face.

My approach to therapy

I take a supportive and collaborative approach to therapy. Together, we'll explore the patterns, stressors, and challenges that may be contributing to anxiety, burnout, and emotional overwhelm.

My goal is to help you gain insight, build practical coping tools, and create meaningful, sustainable change. I strive to provide a space where you feel genuinely understood and supported.

What you can expect from me

You can expect a warm and supportive environment where you can show up as yourself.

During our first session, we'll discuss what brings you to therapy, complete an assessment, explore your current challenges and goals, and begin building a strong therapeutic connection.

Finding the right therapist matters. If we're a good fit, we'll create a plan to help you better manage stress, anxiety, and burnout. If not, I'm happy to provide referrals to support your search.
