Great to meet you!

Hi, I'm Jaclyn, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 10 years of healthcare experience.

I work with adults experiencing: • Anxiety • Burnout • Healthcare Worker Burnout and Compassion Fatigue • Caregiver Stress • Grief • Life Transitions • Anxiety and Depression related to Chronic Illness.

Before starting my private practice, I supported individuals and families navigating serious illness in healthcare settings. This experience gave me firsthand insight into how stress, caregiving, illness, and burnout can affect the emotional well-being of patients, families, and healthcare professionals alike.

As a second-generation Cuban American, I also understand how culture can shape the way we cope, connect, and seek support.

My approach to therapy

I take a supportive and collaborative approach to therapy. Together, we'll explore the patterns, stressors, and challenges that may be contributing to anxiety, burnout, and emotional overwhelm.

My goal is to help you gain insight, build practical coping tools, and create meaningful, sustainable change. I strive to provide a space where you feel genuinely understood and supported.

What you can expect from me

You can expect a warm and supportive environment where you can show up as yourself.

During our first session, we'll discuss what brings you to therapy, complete a comprehensive assessment, explore your current challenges and goals, and begin building a strong therapeutic connection.

Finding the right therapist matters. If we're a good fit, we'll create a plan to help you better manage stress, anxiety, and burnout. If not, I'm happy to provide referrals to support your search.
