Great to meet you!
I bring both professional experience and a deep sense of empathy to my work as a therapist. Before opening my private practice, I spent several years working in substance use treatment, which taught me the importance of compassion, honesty, and meeting people exactly where they are. My passion for perinatal mental health grew from my own journey through motherhood and the challenges that come with balancing identity, family, and personal growth.
Clients often describe me as down-to-earth and genuine. I believe in creating a therapeutic space that feels safe, collaborative, and free of judgment. I’ll always be curious about your story—not just what’s hard, but what’s meaningful, too. I use a blend of psychodynamic therapy, EMDR, and attachment-based approaches to help you understand yourself more deeply and move toward lasting change.
