Great to meet you!

If you've been carrying anxiety, trauma, or depression long enough that it feels like just part of how you are, it doesn't have to stay that way. I work with adults navigating anxiety, panic, trauma, depression, and the relationship and identity struggles that often come alongside them. My background is in outpatient community mental health, where I've supported people through some of life's most difficult chapters. I also offer affirming, experienced care for LGBTQIA+ clients who want a therapist who gets that experience without needing it explained. Clients often describe me as warm and steady, someone who makes it easier to say the things that are hardest to say.

My approach to therapy

Our work starts by understanding what's actually keeping you stuck, not just the symptoms, but the patterns underneath them. For people working through trauma, that often means processing past experiences in a way that lets the mind and body finally catch up with each other. For people living with anxiety or panic, it means building real tools that work in the moment, not just in the therapy room. I work well with people who want something that actually moves forward, whether this is your first time in therapy or you've tried it before and it didn't quite land.

What you can expect from me

The first session is about getting to know each other. We'll talk about what's bringing you in, what has or hasn't worked before, and any hesitations you have about the process. There's no pressure to have it all figured out. Reaching out is often the hardest step, and I'm glad you're here. When you're ready, I'd love to connect.
