Great to meet you!

You might feel stuck between who you thought you’d be by now and where life has actually taken you. Maybe you’re navigating a new diagnosis, old patterns that won’t let go, or relationships that feel like the same argument on repeat. As someone in long‐term recovery who once struggled to launch into adulthood, I understand how overwhelming it can be to rebuild your life from the inside out. I work with adults 17+ of all genders, and I have specific experience supporting people living with bipolar disorder, borderline personality disorder, and men who are exploring identity, emotions, and connection.

My approach to therapy

In our work together, I bring curiosity, honesty, and a strong evidence‐based foundation. I draw most from Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to help you build concrete skills for managing emotions, improving relationships, and creating a life that feels more like your own. Sessions are collaborative and down‐to‐earth; we’ll explore what’s going on, make sense of your experiences, and experiment with new ways of responding that actually fit you.

What you can expect from me

Trust is central to therapy, and I prioritize building that with you from our very first session. Our initial meeting will be exploratory—and we’ll use humor where it naturally fits—so you can get a feel for whether I’m the right therapist for you. If you’re ready to move from just getting by to actively shaping your life, I’d be honored to support you. You can book a time directly through my calendar to get started.
