Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who works with adults and adolescents navigating substance use, trauma, anxiety, depression, life stressors, and difficult transitions. Many of the clients I support feel overwhelmed, stuck, disconnected, or unsure how to manage what they are carrying. I believe therapy should be a safe, supportive space where you can show up honestly and without judgment while also feeling guided toward meaningful change. My goal is to help you better understand your experiences, build on your strengths, develop healthier coping skills, and begin creating a life that feels more stable, grounded, and aligned with who you are!

My approach to therapy

My approach is person-centered, collaborative, strengths-based, and practical. This means we work together to understand your experiences, identify what is getting in the way, and build tools that support your goals in real life. In session, we may explore patterns related to anxiety, depression, trauma, substance use, relationships, stress, self-esteem, emotional regulation, or major life transitions. We may also work on coping skills, communication, healthier decision-making, grounding strategies, and ways to feel more steady in daily life. My style is relaxed, supportive, and nonjudgmental, while still focused on helping you move forward in ways that feel realistic and meaningful.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, you can expect a relaxed, supportive environment where we take time to get to know each other and begin building trust. We will talk about what brings you to therapy, your personal history, what you hope to gain from treatment, and any current challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, substance use, stress, relationship concerns, or life transitions. Together, we will begin identifying goals that feel meaningful and realistic for you. My goal from day one is to understand you as a whole person, build a strong therapeutic relationship, and help you feel confident that your needs will be heard, respected, and supported.
