Great to meet you!

I'm a licensed clinical psychologist with a background in trauma-informed, evidence-based therapy. My approach is collaborative, practical, and grounded in respect for each client’s lived experience.

I specialize in treating adults navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, identity concerns, and life transitions. Many of my clients are high-functioning but internally overwhelmed—people who’ve held it together for a long time and are ready for a space where they don’t have to. I also enjoy working with other clinicians, first responders, and individuals in helping professions who are navigating burnout or a sense of disconnection from their values.

I believe therapy should be a space where you feel supported, challenged, and deeply seen. My role is to help you clarify what matters to you—and to offer tools and insight that help you move toward it.

My approach to therapy

I see therapy as both grounded and dynamic—rooted in evidence-based practices and shaped by a real, human connection. I don’t take a one-size-fits-all approach; instead, I work collaboratively to understand your values, history, and goals so we can move toward meaningful change.

My style is meant to feel warm, direct, and engaged. I’m not a blank slate, and I won’t offer generic advice. I ask thoughtful questions, offer honest feedback, and help you make sense of your experience in a way that feels practical and emotionally grounded.

Whether you're coming in with a specific goal or just a sense that something needs to shift, I’ll meet you there—and we’ll work from that point forward, together.

What you can expect from me

Many clients come away with a clearer understanding of what they're feeling, what’s driving those experiences, and how they'd like to respond moving forward. Therapy isn’t just about gaining insight—it’s about learning to relate to yourself differently, in ways that align with your values and support real change.

Sessions offer space to reflect, slow down, and notice patterns that may not be obvious in daily life. With time, that process often creates more freedom—more room to make intentional choices, let go of old narratives, and move through challenges with greater clarity and self-trust.
