Great to meet you!

I have dedicated my entire adult life to the service of others. From my early work as an educator, Peace Corps volunteer, and environmental professional, every step of my journey ultimately led me toward psychotherapy and a deeper understanding of the human experience. Today, I bring the culmination of those experiences into my work as a clinician, offering a compassionate and deeply engaged approach that extends beyond the confines of the therapy office. I believe healing is about aligning mind, body, and daily life with the future you deserve and the goals you seek to achieve.

My approach to therapy

I take an active, collaborative, and solution-focused approach to therapy, helping clients navigate the real-life challenges that impact emotional wellbeing. Much of my work focuses on improving relationships, overcoming family conflict, processing trauma, and working through career or academic obstacles that may leave someone feeling stuck or overwhelmed. I also utilize grounding techniques, exposure-based strategies, and cognitive reframing to help clients manage anxiety, face fears with confidence, and regain control over impulsive or self-defeating patterns. My goal is to create a supportive space where clients feel understood while developing practical tools that lead to meaningful and lasting change.

What you can expect from me

You will feel comfortable, seen, and genuinely supported from the moment we begin working together. My goal is to create a space where you can speak openly without fear of judgment and finally feel like you do not have to carry everything alone. You do not need to have the perfect words or all the answers before starting therapy, we will work through things together at your pace. From our very first session, we’ll begin building a path toward greater confidence, clarity, and a life that feels more aligned with who you truly are
