Great to meet you!

As a psychologist, my mission is to help my clients cultivate hopeful, meaningful lives. I work with individuals who experience anxiety, depression, trauma, LGBTQIA+ concerns, and transitional stressors. I want to help you manage or overcome negative symptoms, increase your sense of hope, and navigate transitions, whether you are dealing with career changes, divorce, relationship issues, communication concerns, sexual identity concerns, trauma, or loss. My goal is to help you discover your values and strengths so you can live the life you want.

I utilize cognitive behavioral, ACT, mindfulness, trauma-focused, and informed techniques to help my clients toward positive change. I use a relational-cultural lens when approaching my clients. My goal is to provide support and help my clients reach their goals and promote what works best for them to increase meaning, joy, and hope.

Through my work in government, community, and healthcare settings, I have gained significant experience working with diverse populations. I focus on areas of relationships, communication, anxiety, trauma, sexual and gender identity development, cultural/religious conflicts, and depression. I look forward to working with you.
