Great to meet you!

Sometimes the hardest part of healing is realizing that pushing through is no longer working. Anxiety may keep your mind constantly active, depression can leave you feeling disconnected from yourself, or trauma and chronic stress may continue showing up in your body, relationships, and everyday life long after the original experience has passed. I provide virtual individual, couples, and family therapy for adolescents, adults, and older adults throughout Florida, with a focus on anxiety, depression, stress management, trauma, and PTSD. I also support clients navigating panic, OCD, substance use, grief and loss, family concerns, physical health challenges, men’s issues, and end-of-life concerns when those experiences are part of the larger picture.

With 11 years of experience, my goal is to meet you where you are, help you understand what your mind and body have been carrying, and create a space where meaningful healing can happen without pressure, judgment, or pretending the past did not matter.

My approach to therapy

Healing is deeply personal, and I believe real healing has to make room for the whole human experience. We’ll work together to understand the experiences, beliefs, emotions, relationships, and patterns that may be shaping what you are going through today. Trauma, anxiety, depression, or chronic stress may be what initially brings you to therapy, while panic, grief, substance use, family dynamics, or physical health concerns can add important layers to that experience. Rather than treating those concerns as disconnected problems, we’ll explore how they fit together while keeping your goals at the center of our work.

I may use EMDR to help process experiences that still feel emotionally or physically “stuck,” Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to identify and change patterns that reinforce distress, and family-based or conjoint CBT approaches when relationships are an important part of healing. I also draw from Humanistic, Strength-Based, Positive Psychology, Psychoeducational Family Therapy, and Solution-Focused approaches to help you reconnect with your strengths and develop practical tools for lasting growth.

What you can expect from me

You can expect a grounded, deeply human space where you do not have to separate your emotional pain from questions about identity, meaning, relationships, or spirituality. During our first few sessions, we’ll take time to understand what brought you to therapy, what has been weighing on you, and what you hope could feel different. From there, we’ll create goals together and determine what kind of support best fits where you are right now. My style is warm, collaborative, and appropriately humorous, and I want therapy to feel like a place where you can be honest about the difficult parts of your story while still making room for hope and growth.

Progress might mean feeling less controlled by trauma or anxiety, reconnecting with yourself during depression, navigating grief with greater support, strengthening relationships, or developing a deeper sense of meaning and wholeness. Whether spirituality is central to your life, something you are uncertain about, or even connected to pain itself, we will begin exactly where you are.
